The syndrome of malignant migrating partial seizures in infancy is a devastating, age-specific, epileptic encephalopathy, which still presents an aetiological, pathophysiological and therapeutic problem. In this study, we present two patients who were diagnosed with the disease, based on electroclinical symptoms.
