Abstract

Saccharomyces cerevisiae mannan inhibited the phagocytic activity and phagocytic capacity of mouse peritoneal macrophages elicited by Concanavalin A (Con A) for Candida albicans yeast cells that were either unopsonized or opsonized with C3.
