STUDY OBJECTIVES To identify associations between sleep-disordered breathing (SDB) and arterial stiffness. SETTING Nested cross-sectional study. PARTICIPANTS One hundred fifty-three participants (ages 45-77 years, 43% women) in the population-based Wisconsin Sleep Cohort.
