The effects of surfactant Hydrophile Lyophile Balance (HLB) value, dispersant dose, and temperature on the emulsion particle size (EPS) of rolling oil were investigated. Altogether, three non-ionic emulsifiers with HLB value ranged from 3 to 14, and two dispersants with cloud point ranged from 60° and 90°C was emploved, EPS of aqueous emulsions were monitored at 50°, 55° and 60°C.
