Abstract Potato microtubers produced in vitro of the cultivar ‘Superior’ were assessed to decide up to what size it can be used for the seed potato with respect to storability, dormancy period, and sprouting vigor. The larger microtubers lost moisture content more slowly and retained firmness longer when stored at 4 °C.
