Die invloed van korrel-grootte, verdunningsgrade en ontdooiingstemperature op die leetbaarheid en akrosoom-morfologie van bevrore ram sperme is ondersoek in drie faktoriaal eksperimente. Beide lae en hoe verdunningsgrade voor bevriesing het 'n nadelige effek op die oorlewing van sperme gehad; optimum resultate is behaal met 3tot 8-voudige verdunning.
