We used electrophysiological and binding techniques to determine the effects of oxygen free radicals (OFRs) generated by dihydroxyfumaric acid (DHF, 5 mM) on calcium current and dihydropyridine binding sites in guinea-pig isolated ventricular myocytes. 2.
