Nineteen nulliparous, sexually mature heifers free of antibody to infectious bovine rhinotracheitis (IBR) virus were given two 35 mg intramuscular injections of Lutalyse 10 days apart to synchronize estrus and randomly divided into control and vaccinated groups.
