Collagenase-like protein (CLP) from rat testis and clostridium collagenase A are shown to have certain effects on the proteins of the rat seminal vesicle secretion and on their coagulation. The activity of CLP was inhibited by EDTA and cysteine but not by di-iso-propyl fluorophosphate (DFP) and Traylol (trypsin-kallikrein) inhibitor.
