Electrooculography (EOG) recordings in 21 L-DOPA-naive patients suffering from Parkinson's disease (PD) were made before and after apomorphine subcutaneous administration (ASA). The effect of apomorphine on smooth pursuit eye movements (SPEM) was studied.
