Thin films of SnS/ZnS were deposited on glass substrates by thermal evaporation technique at room temperature. The effect of film annealing on the structure and optical properties of SnS/ZnS film has been studied in the temperature range 100, 200, 300 and 400C in air atmosphere. The films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive Xray analysis (EDX), optical absorption spectra.
