OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effects of a mandibular advancement device on apneas and sleep in mild, moderate, and severe obstructive sleep apnea. DESIGN Prospective study. SUBJECTS Forty-four of 47 patients included. INTERVENTION Individually adjusted mandibular advancement devices.
