We investigated the effect of WEB 2086, a selective platelet-activating factor (PAF) receptor antagonist, on PAF-induced eosinophil chemotaxis and LTC4 production. WEB 2086 inhibited PAF-induced eosinophil chemotaxis in normals and asthmatics.
