The catalytic activity of natural vanadium-titanium magnetite was investigated in the decolorization of Acid Orange II by non-homogeneous Fenton process. The natural catalysts purified by magnetic separation were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), polarizing microscope, X-ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) analysis and Mössbauer spectroscopy.
