Lichen sclerosus (LS) is a chronic dermatosis mainly localised to the anogenital area. The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical features of LS in adult men. A retrospective analysis of records from 771 patients diagnosed with LS was made and a questionnaire was sent to all patients. The results showed that the clinical spectrum was wide.
