In the article the principles of formation and operation of motivational systems as well as tasks, which solution will help to create the proper level of staff’s motivation in organizations were distinguished. The list of demotivational factors and actions for elimination of demotivation is systematized and expanded. Based on the stages of demotivational process, measures to minimize or eliminate negative factors at each stage were proposed.
