PURPOSE We investigated the feasibility of augmentation in a diseased bladder with a bladder acellular matrix graft. MATERIALS AND METHODS In 50 female Sprague-Dawley rats chemical cystitis was induced by intravesical instillation of HCl repeated monthly to maintain chronic inflammation.
