This study tested the feasibility of using oral ifosfamide to treat bronchogenic carcinoma and compared the pharmacokinetics of intravenous and oral doses of the drug. Patients with advanced bronchogenic carcinoma were evaluated for toxicities associated with oral ifosfamide therapy.
