OBJECTIVE We sought to evaluate the association between obesity and vaginal prolapse as well as pelvic organ prolapse symptoms. STUDY DESIGN This was a cross-sectional study of women referred for urogynecologic care. The exposure was obesity and outcome, stage>or=II prolapse.
