The present study of the anti-leukemic action of combinations of certain rather diverse agents known to prolong survival time of mice with trans planted leukemia was prompted by the observa tion of an apparent anti-leukemic synergism be tween urethan and methyl-bis(@-chloroethyl)a mine (G).
