The Synthesis of Homophthalimide and Related Derivatives and Their Hypolipidemic Activity in Rodents

Homophthalimide and a series of N-alkyl-substituted derivatives were investigated to determine their ability to lower serum cholesterol and triglyceride levels in mice.
