Abstract.This paper analyzes the stylistic characteristics of the Shampay House with a series of formal methodologies. It focuses on three parts: spatial arrangement, symmetry and proportion. For the thorough analysis, archival drawings are enhanced through reconstructing new drawings and through the building of a quarter-inch scale model.
