Ganoderma lucidum is a wildly used medicinal mushroom and has been used in East Asia because of its health-benefit effects. G. lucidum contains various compounds with different biological
Antimicrobial effect of the Lingzhi or Reishi medicinal mushroom, Ganoderma lucidum (higher Basidiomycetes) and its main compounds.
TLDR
The chemical structure of the purified compounds from the hexane fraction was elucidated and the structure of ganodermadiol was demonstrated after purification from the chloroform fraction, and it could be assumed that the antimicrobial effect of crude fractions is the consequence of mixing triterpenoid and steroid compounds.
Antioxidant and Hyperlipidemia Effect of Ganoderma Lucidum Fungus Alcoholic Extract in Male Albino Rats Using Tritonwr 1339
The current study aimed at knowing the biological efficacy of Ganoderma lucidum mushroom extract anti-oxidation and induced hyperlipidemic using Triton WR1339 and comparing its efficacy with the
Cytotoxicity assay of Pleurotus eryngii fruiting body extract as an anti-cancer in vitro
TLDR
The results of this study show that the inhibition of cancer cells is directly proportional to the concentration of fruiting body extract.
