  • When applying abductive hypotheses, sometimes it is inadequate to use a simplicity criterion, i.e. "Occam's Razor", and sometimes this causes serious problems. We have developed a framework for abductive reasoning called Abductive Analogical Reasoning. It tries to overcome this inadequateness and generates plausible clauses to explain an observation.
