The forming principle of the hypocycloid single-screw hydraulic machinery's horizontal cross section is introduced.The motion process of both the fixed contact point and the floating contact point is described.The relationship between the engagping motion and the molding motion of stator's profile were analyzed.According to this,derived the relative sliding speed formula of fixed contact point.
