  • This study is designed to investigate the relationship between reading comprehension and word problem comprehension. Participants were third grade students selected using convenience sampling from three different schools in Istanbul: two public schools (n = 68) and a private school (n = 58). All participants were administered two reading comprehension tests (RCT-I and RCT-II) and one word problem comprehension test (WPCT).
