The relation between sexual orientation andpenile dimensions in a large sample of men was studied.Subjects were 5122 men interviewed by the KinseyInstitute for Research in Sex, Gender, and Reproduction from 1938 to 1963. They were dichotomouslyclassified as either homosexual (n = 935) orheterosexual (n = 4187). Penile dimensions were assessedusing five measures of penile length and circumferencefrom Kinsey's original protocol. On all fivemeasures, homosexual men reported larger penises thandid…
Physical Size and Sexual Orientation: Analysis of the Chinese Health and Family Life Survey
The results add modest support to some prior research suggesting that men with same-sex inclinations have a different pattern of growth and development relative to heterosexual comparisons.

The results indicated that gay/bisexual men were significantly shorter and lighter than heterosexual men, and the present results do not support a number of studies suggesting that lesbian/b bisexual women are taller and heavier than heterosexual women.

Finger-length ratios and sexual orientation
The androgen-sensitive pattern of finger lengths is examined, and there is evidence that homosexual women are exposed to more prenatal androgen than heterosexual women are, and men with more than one older brother, who are more likely than first-born males to be homosexual in adulthood, are exposure to more pregnancies than eldest sons.
The Association Between Penis Size and Sexual Health Among Men Who Have Sex with Men
Though most men felt their penis size was average, many fell outside this “norm” and the disproportionate number of viral skin-to-skin STIs suggest size may play a role in condom slippage/breakage, size played a significant role in sexual positioning and psychosocial adjustment.
Predictors of men's genital self-image across sexual orientation and geographic region
Factors that contribute to men's genital self-image are not well known, despite the documented psychological importance of body image more broadly. The current study used a simultaneous multiple
Born gay? The psychobiology of human sexual orientation
Interaction of birth order, handedness, and sexual orientation in the Kinsey interview data.
The results demonstrated that handedness moderates the relationship between older brothers and sexual orientation, and suggest that biological explanations of men's sexual orientation are likely relevant across time, as the Kinsey data comprise an older cohort relative to modern samples.

Handedness in homosexual and heterosexual men in the Kinsey interview data
Results failed to demonstrate a difference in handedness, with both groups having rates of non-right-handedness approximately equal to establish norms.
Biodemographic comparisons of homosexual and heterosexual men in the kinsey interview data
Results extended previous findings that, compared with heterosexual controls, homosexual men have a later birth order, an earlier onset of puberty, and a lower body weight.
Neurohormonal functioning and sexual orientation: a theory of homosexuality-heterosexuality.
Evidence indicating that the process of determining human sexual orientation is fundamentally the same in all mammals is reviewed, and a theory of how the entire spectrum of humanSexual orientation is determined is proposed.
Human sexual orientation. The biologic theories reappraised.
Critical review shows the evidence favoring a biologic theory to be lacking, and in an alternative model, temperamental and personality traits interact with the familial and social milieu as the individual's sexuality emerges.
A difference in hypothalamic structure between heterosexual and homosexual men
The measured volumes of INAH 3 indicate that INAH is dimorphic with sexual orientation, at least in men, and suggests that sexual orientation has a biological substrate.
Laterality shift in homosexual men

The hypothesis that gay men and heterosexual women are dissatisfied with their bodies and vulnerable to eating disorders because of a shared emphasis on physical attractiveness and thinness that is based on a desire to attract and please men is confirmed.
A test of the maternal stress theory of human male homosexuality
Female homosexuality nevertheless was strongly familial, suggesting a reconsideration of genetic and familial environmental mechanisms, and neither between-family nor within-family analyses revealed a maternal stress effect for either sexual orientation or childhood gender nonconformity.
A genetic study of male sexual orientation.
Homosexual male probands with monozygotic cotwins, dizygotic cotwins, or adoptive brothers were recruited using homophile publications. Sexual orientation of relatives was assessed either by asking
Childhood sex-typed behavior and sexual orientation: A conceptual analysis and quantitative review.
