The RKFIT algorithm outlined in [M. Berljafa and S. Güttel, Generalized rational Krylov decompositions with an application to rational approximation, SIAM J. Matrix Anal. Appl., 2015] is a Krylov-based approach for solving nonlinear rational least squares problems.
