TEL-AML1 is an oncogenic fusion protein associated with childhood pre-B acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. From published microarray datasets we identified the Rho Guanine Nucleotide Exchange Factor (RhoGEF) Asef to be associated with TEL-AML1 leukaemia.
