The present study was carried out to investigate the protective effect of cooked soybean, cooked lentils, sesame seed, pumpkin seed, molasses and mixture of them (soybean + lentils + sesame seed + Pumpkin seed powder + molasses) with ascorbic acid on iron deficiency anemia.
