The Properties of Spike-Rate Perceptron with Super-Poisson Input

Abstract

We present the non-linear properties of Spike-Rate Perceptron with super-Poisson inputs, which employs both first and second statistical representation, i.e. the means, variances and correlations of the synaptic input.
