This paper describes the use of the Negative Attitudes Towards Robots Scale (NARS) to explain participants' evaluations of robot behaviour styles in a Human-Robot Interaction (HRI) study. Twentyeight participants interacted with a robot in two experimental conditions in which the robot’s behaviour was varied.
