In [CGB] we addressed the problem of devising an appropriate logic for reasoning about concurrent systems with many identical processes. The logic that we proposed is based on computation trees and is called indexed CTL* or ICI~*. It includes all of CTL* (ICES], [EC], [EH]) with the exception of the next-time operator and can, therefore, handle both linear and branching time properties with equal facility.
