This paper focuses on the aging population and explores measures to provide this segment of the population with the transportation it will need in order to enable a high quality of life. It uncovers myths about individuals in this age group - they either need a huge amount of government assistance and many public services or they require no government help and have no unmet needs - and note that many elderly people are in the middle of these 2 extremes, leading complicated lives, perhaps still… CONTINUE READING
