Modern wireless communication systems mostly operate in a strictly selected frequency range. The operation of communication systems on a secondary basis, i.e. using temporarily free channels, allows to: increase the efficiency of spectrum use, increase noise immunity, transmit a large amount of information at a higher speed, etc. To implement communication systems on a secondary basis, it is necessary to determine the state of the channels (free/busy).
