We present an updated catalogue of M31 globular clusters (GCs) based on images from the Wide Field Camera (WFCAM) on the United Kingdom Infrared Telescope and from the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS). Our catalogue includes new, self-consistent ugriz and K-band photometry of these clusters. We discuss the difficulty of obtaining accurate photometry of clusters projected against M31 due to small-scale background structure in the galaxy. We consider the effect of this on the accuracy of our… Expand
A Comprehensive GALEX Ultraviolet Catalog of Star Clusters in M31 and a Study of the Young Clusters
We present a comprehensive catalog of 700 confirmed star clusters in the field of M31 compiled from three major existing catalogs. We detect 418 and 257 star clusters in Galaxy Evolution ExplorerExpand
AN UPDATED CATALOG OF M31 GLOBULAR-LIKE CLUSTERS: UBVRI PHOTOMETRY, AGES, AND MASSES
We present an updated UBVRI photometric catalog containing 970 objects in the field of M31, selected from the Revised Bologna Catalog (RBC v.4.0), including 965, 967, 965, 953, and 827 sources in theExpand
The outer halo globular cluster system of M31 - I. The final PAndAS catalogue
We report the discovery of 59 globular clusters (GCs) and two candidate GCs in a search of the halo of M31, primarily via visual inspection of CHFT/MegaCam imagery from the Pan-AndromedaExpand
Spectroscopic Study of Globular Clusters in the Halo of M31 with Xinglong 2.16m Telescope
We present the spectroscopic observations for 11 confirmed globular clusters of M31 with the OMR spectrograph on 2.16m telescope at Xinglong site of National Astronomical Observatories, ChineseExpand
Testing stellar population synthesis models with Sloan Digital Sky Survey colors of M31's globular clusters
Accurate stellar population synthesis models are vital in understanding the properties and formation histories of galaxies. In order to calibrate and test the reliability of these models, they areExpand
AGE AND STRUCTURE PARAMETERS OF THE REMOTE M31 GLOBULAR CLUSTER B514 BASED ON HST, 2MASS, GALEX, AND BATC OBSERVATIONS
B514 is a remote M31 globular cluster (GC) which is located at a projected distance of Rp 55 kpc. Deep observations with the Advanced Camera for Surveys on the Hubble Space Telescope are used toExpand
Spectral Energy Distributions and Masses of 304 M31 Old Star Clusters
This paper presents CCD multicolor photometry for 304 old star clusters in the nearby spiral galaxy M31. Of which photometry of 55 star clusters is first obtained. The observations were carried outExpand
Globular Clusters in the Outer Halo of M31
In this paper, we present photometry of 53 globular clusters (GCs) in the M31 outer halo, including the {\sl GALEX} FUV and NUV, SDSS $ugriz$, 15 intermediate-band filters of BATC, and 2MASSExpand
A Search for Globular Clusters in More Remote Areas around M31 and M33 II
Using the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS), ~900 deg2 of the sky surrounding M31 and M33 have been searched for globular clusters (GCs) that through galaxy interaction have become unbound from theirExpand
The LAMOST spectroscopic survey of globular clusters in M31 and M33. I. catalog and new identifications
We present a catalog of 908 objects observed with the Large Sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope (LAMOST) in fields in the vicinity of M31 and M33, targeted as globular clusters (GCs)Expand

SPECTRAL ENERGY DISTRIBUTIONS AND AGE ESTIMATES OF 39 GLOBULAR CLUSTERS IN M31
In this paper, we present CCD multicolor photometry for 172 globular clusters (GCs), taken from the Bologna catalog (Battistini et al., published in 1987), in the nearby spiral galaxy M31. TheExpand
Globular clusters in the outer halo of M31: the survey
TLDR
The discovery of 40 new globular clusters that have been found in surveys of the halo of M31 based on the Isaac Newton Telescope/Wide-Field Camera and Canada-France-Hawaii Telescope/Megacam imagery reveal that the GC system of M 31 is much more extended than previously realized. Expand
Star Clusters in M31: I. A Catalog and a Study of the Young Clusters
We present an updated catalog of 1300 objects in the field of M31, including 670 likely star clusters of various types, the rest being stars or background galaxies once thought to be clusters. TheExpand
Wide-Field Survey of Globular Clusters in M31. I. A Catalog of New Clusters
We present the result of a wide-field survey of globular clusters (GCs) in M31 covering a 3° × 3° field centered on M31. We have searched for GCs on CCD images taken with Washington CMT1 filters atExpand
The Kinematics and Metallicity of the M31 Globular Cluster System
With the ultimate aim of distinguishing between various models describing the formation of galaxy halos (e.g., radial or multiphase collapse and random mergers), we have completed a spectroscopicExpand
