In this paper, we use the systematic approach to discuss the incidence and transfer of knowledge in the Gulf societies. Our findings show the importance of tacit, codified and transfer of knowledge, the complementary relation between knowledge components and the significance of knowledge holders for the transfer of knowledge at aggregate level in the Gulf countries, our results are consistent with the findings in knowledge literature.
