PURPOSE To evaluate the effect of Bevacizumab in combination with chemotherapy on overall survival of patients with metastatic solid tumors. DESIGN A systematic literature search to identify randomized trials comparing chemotherapy with and without Bevacizumab in metastatic cancer.
