We sought to further elucidate signal transduction pathways for the I1-imidazoline receptor in PC12 cells by testing involvement of protein kinase C (PKC) isoforms (betaII, epsilon, zeta), and the mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK) ERK and JNK.
