Tim Evans is a former Assistant Director of the Foundation for Defence Studies, and a Public Policy Researcher at the Adam Smith Institute where he was also Press Officer. A sociologist by training, he has lectured in Social Policy to post-graduate students in the Department of Economics at the City of London Polytechnic.
