By Kinley Salmon Kinley Salmon was born and grew up in Nelson. He is an economist and former McKinsey and Company strategy consultant to governments on education and economic development in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Political Sciences and a Graduate Diploma in Economics both from the University of Cambridge as well as a Master of Public Administration in International Development from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
