Objective:Explore the feasibility of D-galactose to premature ovarian failure mice and the mechanism of Wu Bie granules.Methods:Selection normal oestrous cycle of female mice which were divided into seven groups of 10 each randomly,including,normal group model group,diethylstilbestrol group,Liu Wei Di Huang Group,Wu Bie granules of large,medium,low dose group.In addition to the normal group,and the remaining mice were given 5% D-galactose with 0.5 ml each day cervicodorsal subcutaneous… Expand
