This book is a very good overview of biomedical mass spectrometry (MS). As can be inferred from the title, it is focused on biotechnology, with major emphasis placed on the use of MS in research on the structure and function of biological molecules, particularly biopolymers. Although relatively little content is directed specifically toward clinical applications and almost no content is directed toward routine analysis of patient samples, the book nevertheless contains much that will be of… CONTINUE READING
