This paper aims to analyze the relationships between economic growth and migration focusing on the human capital especially in developing and emerging countries of Asia. The human capital has been considered as the major tool for keeping high productivity. Migration of skilled workers could contribute to the stock of the human capital through the practical experience with movement.
