The aim of this study is to develop the biodegradable food packaging film from chitosan and sago starch blends and the effect of glycerol percentages to the characteristic of the film blend as the standard food packaging that used nowadays. Chitosan and sago were blended together to produce biodegradable food packaging film. Glycerol was used as a plasticizer.
