The aim of present research is compare the effect of exercise on aerobic power and anaerobic power of inactive subject in the morning and the evening times. For this purpose, 30 male students who they had not regular exercise in their daily program, voluntarily take a share in this research. Cases of this research divided into two groups of the morning exercise (N=15) and the evening exercise (N=15) with casual arrangement. This research performed in the form of semi-experimental that studies…

COMPARE EFFECTS OF 6 WEEKS SELECTED CIRCLES TRAINING IN THE MORNING AND EVENING ON ANAEROBIC POWER IN YOUNG ATHLETES

The results showed that there were no significant differences between the effects of 6 weeks selected circular training in the morning and evening on the anerobic power of adolescent athlete.

Time of Day Effect on Repeated Sprint Ability, Aerobic Capacity and Physiological Responses in Team-Sport Athletes

It is thought that it is important to perform training which include aerobic and anaerobic capacity, explosive power and jumping exercises in the evening hours because of the significant increases in performance of the athletes.

Daily variation in performance measures related to anaerobic power and capacity: A systematic review

Time-of-day variations in anaerobic performance has previously been partially explained by higher core-body and/or muscle temperature and better muscle contractile properties in the afternoon, although recent findings suggest that differences in methodology, motivation/arousal, habitual training times and chronotypes could provide additional explanations.

Electromagnetic radiation of human body before and after intense exercise

Higher frequency of EMR is detected after intense exercise compared to before intense exercise, and there is also a significant change in the physical health score categories, which indicates that the intense exercise influences the body EMR radiation frequencies.

Investigation of circadian rhythms in anaerobic power and capacity of the legs.

The stair run and broad jump tests seem to be more sensitive to circadian rhythmicity than does the Wingate Anaerobic Test, and there was a rhythm in performance on the stairRun and the broadJump tests, in phase with the curve in rectal temperature.

The results suggest that there are circadian rhythms in anaerobic power and capacity, and that there is a need to investigate these rhythms more fully in order to understand their role in human physiology.

Comparison of Sprint and Run Times with Performance on the Wingate Anaerobic Test

Results of this study indicate that the Wingate anaerobic test is only a moderate predictor of dash or run times, and that the influence of age and weight on the WAnT scores is higher when age is adjusted and higher when adjusted for body weight.

Sports and exercise.

In issue 44, sports and exercise are the major topics and a summary of the content of each issue with information about original research papers, review articles, current opinions, and other publications of a given volume of the European Heart Journal is provided.

Medicine and Science.

It is in itself an evidence of healthy life that such discussion of the principles that govern medicine should have been active of late and should have be contributed to influentially from several different aspects.

Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise

This document is intended to help clarify the aims and responsibilities of the European Commission in relation to Syria, as well as provide a chronology of key events in the conflict-hit region.

Comparison of 18F-FET PET and 5-ALA fluorescence in cerebral gliomas

18F-FET PET is more sensitive to detect glioma tissue than 5-ALA fluorescence and should be considered as an additional tool in resection planning due to a limited sensitivity of 5- ALA to detect tumour tissue especially in LGG.
