Tumor biomarkers commonly used for the detection of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) complicated with portal vein tumor thrombosis (PVTT) do not show satisfactory sensitivity and specificity. This study assesses the diagnostic value of the tumor biomarkers for the diagnosis of HCC with PVTT.
