  • Almost twenty years ago Heisenberg wrote the first two of his papers [1] entitled, „Die beobachtbaren Grossen in der Theorie der Elementarteilchen.“ Searching for concepts which can be expected to remain relevant in a future theory of elementary particles, he singles out the asymptotic properties of wave functions which describe the reactions between particles.
