As a reader who owns and has extensively used both the fi rst and second editions of this book (1997 and 2005, each authored solely by Albert Greco) I looked forward to this third edition and have not been disappointed. The strength of the book is and always has been the raw and compiled data on the US book industry and Greco’s (and now also his co-author’s) analysis of that data.
