The Asia Pacific Telecommunity(APT) has supported telemedicine activities in Asia Pacific region, especially to promote telemedicine workshop on "the Human Resource Development(HRD) Programmes to Exchange ICT Researchers and Engineers” which have been funded by a special contribution from the Japanese Government.
